The fireworks display is scheduled for the June 9, 2026 event.

The vendor possesses unique technical and logistical capabilities and specialized experience navigating regulatory requirements for restricted archaeological sites.

Entrusting this highly visible event to a vendor without Cadex SA's proven track record at Chellah would present an unacceptable risk of permit denial or safety failure.

The estimated value for the entire period of performance is DH 240,**** including 20 VAT.

Selection will be based on ability to meet technical specifications, compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, price and cost competitiveness, acceptance of terms and conditions, and references/past performance.

The supplier must possess or be able to obtain all required federal and state licenses, demonstrate compliance with relevant codes and standards, and have demonstrated experience providing high-risk pyrotechnic and special effects services for large-scale athletic or public assembly events.

A mandatory pre-proposal meeting and site visit will be held on June 23, 2026, at 1pm ET. Participants' expenses for the site visit shall be paid fully by participants.

Questions concerning the proposal must be received no later than 12:00 pm Eastern Time on June 24, 2026.

Failure to attend the mandatory site visit will result in immediate rejection of any proposal. Any communication by participants with Indiana University staff other than Jennifer Guynn may result in immediate rejection.
