Video Repair Government Bids & RFPs

Traceability and certification requirements are imperative, ensuring correct materials are installed in SFCC systems. Material traceability codes must be permanently applied and annotated on test reports. SFCC certifying activities must conduct material receipt inspections and functional performance testing. Material handling and control procedures must ensure proper management of SFCCs. Material sampling requires 100 percent inspection for form, fit, and function. All material must be 100% inspected for traceability marking. Material certification data must contain a signed certification of compliance. Marking requirements for traceability and identification are detailed, including special material identification codes (SMIC). Retention of SFCC records requires approval. The contract includes a fly-by-wire (FBW) certification package and objective quality evidence (OQE). Nonconformances to contractual requirements must be submitted to the Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO). Will Burt Company is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and the sole proprietary source for the necessary technical data.
