Sealed bids are requested for the North Park Court Improvements project in the Village of St. Henry, Ohio. Bids are due May 1, 2025, at 11:00 a. m. at the council chambers. Bid documents are available from Access Engineering Solutions, LLC. Bidders must be on the official list of plan holders. A bid guaranty bond or certified/cashier's check/letter of credit is required. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory performance bond. State of Ohio fund **** or **** monies are being used to assist construction, relevant state requirements apply. Attention of bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in this bid packet, particularly to the state of ohio prevailing wage rates, various insurance requirements, and other provisions. Bidders may obtain copies of the documents with the cost of **** for electronic copy and **** for paper copy. The paper documents may be shipped at the bidders expense for an additional **** shipping fee. Nonrefundable checks are to be payable to access engineeringsolutions, llc. The owner reserves the right to reject each and every bid and to waive informalities, irregularities and errors in the bidding to the extent permitted by law. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.

Interested professional consulting engineering firms are invited to submit a Statement of Qualification (SOQ) for design services related to the Benjamin Franklin Bridge Camden Fourth Street vehicle underpass project. The SOQ, along with US government forms SF330, and political contribution form and certification, must be submitted electronically via the Ariba network by 2:00 PM EST on Monday, April 7, 2025. The SOQ should be no more than 5 pages and include firm profile, experience, project management team, resumes of key personnel, similar assignments, current workload, and location of the office assigned to the project. Prior work for the authority, understanding of project requirements, and political contribution form and certification are also required. The authority reserves the right to reject all SOQs and seek new SOQs. Re-advertisement for exterior envelope repair. The base bid work includes cleaning, repairs, priming, painting, and coatings of various surfaces. Complete removal and replacement of exterior sealants/wet seals is also required.
