This is a solicitation for the disposal of intermediate bulk containers (totes) and metal drums, including their contents, from two USACE Chicago District locations: Calumet Harbor Stone Dock and Indiana Harbor Canal CDF. The contractor will be responsible for removal, reuse, recycling, and/or disposal in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. The acquisition is a small business set-aside. Contractors must be registered in SAM. gov and PIEE. Inquiries are due by April 2, 2026. The award date is planned for April 2026.

An industry day event will be held on July 30, 2025 at the Fallon Building in Baltimore, Maryland, to discuss design modifications for the project. This is a statewide term contract for ready-mix concrete deliveries to Ohio counties. Bidders must submit their bids electronically in Ohio Buys before the published deadline. The contract duration is from the date of execution through March 31, 2026. Vendors must submit their bid responses electronically in Ohio Buys before the published deadline. Any discrepancies, omissions, ambiguities, or conflicts in or among the bidding documents must be brought to the department's attention no less than three business days prior to the bid submission deadline. Vendors who violate Ohio's ethics laws or any executive order or ODOT policy will be subject to legal penalties up to and including debarment. The department reserves the right to request additional information to evaluate a bidder's responsiveness to the procurement's requirements and/or to evaluate a bidder's overall responsibility. The department may require bidders to provide sample supplies or equipment. Unsolicited samples will not be evaluated.
