This is a statewide term contract for ready-mix concrete deliveries to Ohio counties. Bidders must submit their bids electronically in Ohio Buys before the published deadline. The contract duration is from the date of execution through March 31, 2026. Vendors must submit their bid responses electronically in Ohio Buys before the published deadline. Any discrepancies, omissions, ambiguities, or conflicts in or among the bidding documents must be brought to the department's attention no less than three business days prior to the bid submission deadline. The department reserves the right to request additional information to evaluate a bidder's responsiveness to the procurement's requirements and/or to evaluate a bidder's overall responsibility. The department may require bidders to provide sample supplies or equipment. Unsolicited samples will not be evaluated.
