This notice is a sources sought for a guest speaker for the Domestic Violence Intervention Training (DVIT) course at the United States Army Military Police School (USAMPS). The speaker must have firsthand experience as a victim of domestic violence within the DOD, reported to law enforcement, with a conviction of a domestic violence charge, and exhausted all criminal appeals. The speaker must have sought psychological treatment and be in a stable emotional/mental/environmental state. The speaker will provide a 1-hour block of material and is responsible for their own travel arrangements to Fort Leonard Wood and other CONUS locations.
