Qualified vendors shall submit a statement of interest on company letterhead demonstrating the vendors qualifications to perform the defined work. Responses must be complete and sufficiently detailed to address the specific information. The contractor shall deliver the specified equipment within ninety 90 days after receipt of purchase order. Failure to meet the delivery date, will be subject to liquidated damages as stated in the special provisions.

Final payment under this agreement shall be made pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes, section **** upon contractors compliance through Hawaii Compliance Express, or submittal of tax clearance certificate, not over two months old, with an original green certified copy stamp, upon completion of the contract.

The contractor shall warrant against defects in material and workmanship to include all parts, labor, and transportation for the X-ray unit, two roller tables and any other accessories, for a minimum period of two 2 years from the date of acceptance by the judiciary. The unit must come with a minimum two 2 year warranty including parts, labor, service, transportation, and expenses.

Award, if any, shall be made to the responsible offeror submitting the lowest total bid price to furnish, deliver, and install the specified equipment.

Offerors must be a manufacturer or manufacturer's representative, have available factory-trained technicians and an adequate supply of parts. A mandatory requirement is providing or arranging for factory-certified technicians as local service representatives, physically located within the state of Hawaii.

Failure to complete delivery of any item in the contract within the time proposed will cause damage to the judiciary. The estimated, agreed upon, and fixed sum for such delay is ten dollars **** for each and every calendar day the contractor delays.

Bidders may submit a request for substitution via email to the officer in charge no later than April 30, 2026.

Failure to complete any of the reference items will result in the disqualification of the submitted bid. Offers will be rejected as nonresponsive when submitted on a basis other than F. O. Contractors should provide documentation that supports their company's capability in meeting the requirement, including evidence of an established quality management system (e. g. , ISO ****, ****, or IATF ****) and the ability to provide documentation of tolerance compliance.

Failure to provide documentation may result in the government being unable to adequately assess your capabilities.
