The contractor agrees to attend post-award conferences and periodic progress meetings. The contractor must designate a contract manager (CM) and an alternate. All contractor personnel must identify themselves as such. The contractor must retrieve all identification media from employees who depart employment. The contractor must comply with the US government's zero tolerance policy regarding trafficking in persons. The government will provide the property, material, equipment, and/or services listed in paragraph 3. 1. The contractor must inspect and perform 6-year complete maintenance in conjunction with 12-year hydrostatic testing, refilling, and recharging of all 150 lb wheeled halon fire extinguishers. Maintenance performed must be recorded on a record sticker, tag, or plate. The contractor must maintain an inventory record of all extinguishers.
