Payment normally will be made to the contractor within 30 days after receipt of a properly prepared invoice or the receipt and acceptance of services ordered, whichever is later.

Manufacturers standard warranty shall apply unless otherwise stated in the solicitation.

Award will be based on best value criteria, including pricing (40%), qualifications and experience (30%), and proposed services (30%).

Respondents must be experienced hunting guides or outfitters with a minimum of three years of experience in providing guided hunts for big game and birds.

Default in promised delivery without accepted reasons or failure to meet specifications authorizes TPWD to purchase supplies elsewhere and charge the full increase in cost and handling to the defaulting contractor.

Respondents may be asked to provide samples.

Failure to submit required documentation, non-compliance with solicitation instructions, or negative responses from reference checks may result in disqualification.

Responsible firms believing they can provide the required items are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification to the contracting officer referencing action ****, they must provide convicting evidence that they can furnish the requested items at a cost that will not exceed the total estimated transaction cost.

All responses will be fully considered. If no affirmative responses are received by 5pm eastern on june 30th, 2026, to the effect that a comparable source exists, an order will be placed with gibson barnes premiere outfitters for the requirement stated here.
