This is a performance-based contract for motorized invasive plant treatments in Grand Teton National Park. The contract is an IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity) with a base year and two option years. Tasks include full coverage spraying using ground unit boom sprayers and motorized survey and treatment using UTVs with handheld spray guns. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary materials, equipment, labor, and licensing, except for herbicides and adjuvants, which will be provided by the government. The contractor must also collect electronic data, including track logs. Work is performance-based, meaning the contractor is responsible for an end product/result, and failure to comply may result in rework or payment reduction. The period of performance is one base year (12 months) and three option years (12 months each), with work estimated to be performed between June 1 and July 15 of each year. Specific task orders will provide details on sites, herbicides, and rates. The contractor must hold a Wyoming Commercial Pesticide Applicators License and ensure all personnel are experienced and properly trained. Safety requirements include adherence to herbicide labels, spill containment, and appropriate conduct around animals. Weed-free equipment is mandatory. The government will inspect completed work and acceptance is based on at least 90% mortality or physical signs of herbicide treatment. Daily treatment records and electronic data must be submitted within 14 days of completing onsite treatment.

This is a presolicitation notice for the purchase of firefighting vehicles, ATVs, and ATV firefighting components for firefighting activities in North Macedonia. The requirement will be solicited to local sources.
