This is a statement of work for the refurbishment of a military working dog facility at RAF Fairford. The contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to execute the complete refurbishment. The work must comply with various regulations and standards, including the 2018 USAF standard design for MWD facilities and DAFI **** days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal and UK bank holidays. The contractor must coordinate and manage all activities, maintain a construction schedule, ensure site safety and security, follow applicable laws, codes, and regulations, and ensure quality assurance and inspection readiness. Additional requirements include security and safety procedures, contractor access to installations, deliverables, waste removal, material and equipment submittals, and environmental practices. Addendum 2 to the RFP for a Food Service Management Company (FSMC) in School Nutrition Programs. Amendments include revised contract award period (August 1, 2025 - July 31, 2026), member replacement, and proposal agreement revisions.
