The JROTC Cadet Leadership Challenge is scheduled to take place during the period of June 8-12, 2026.

The U. S. Government desires to procure these services on a small business set aside basis, provided two or more qualified small businesses respond with sufficient information to support a set aside.

The contractor shall provide services in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications set forth in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and perform to the standards in the contract.

The penalty for non-compliance with limitations on subcontracting is the greater of $500k or the dollar amount spent, in excess of permitted levels, by the entity on subcontractors.

The JCLC STEM camp is scheduled from June 25 to June 30, 2026, with lodging and training facilities to be provided for this period. The resource working group to coordinate menus, training schedule, and contract will occur on June 10, 2026.
