The bid notice states espondents to this rfp must submit the following for delivery no later than 5: 00 pm pdt onmonday march 23, 2026 through the lacera vendor gateway portal.

The bid notice states award a contract, if at all, to the firm which will provide the best match to the requirements of the rfp and the service needs of lacera in laceras sole discretion, which may not be the proposal offering the lowest fees or achieving the highest score.

The bid notice states all respondents must clearly show and document in the proposal the following minimum qualifications: 5 demonstrated experience of the personnel to be assigned to lacera recruitments, including experience within the past three 3 years in conducting executive searches for pension funds, governmental entities, or other relevant industries, including specific experience in recruiting professionals to lead and support ethics and compliance programs.

The completed proposal must be delivered no later than 3:00 PM Pacific Time, on Friday, April 3, 2026.

The award will be given to the firm which will provide the best match to the requirements of the rfp and the service needs of lacera in laceras sole discretion, which may not be the proposal offering the lowest fees or achieving the highest score.

Your firm must certify, by completing and signing attachment c, that it meets the minimum qualifications required.

Questions concerning this rfp must be submitted via email no later than 3:00 pm pacific time, on friday, march 13, 2026.

The RFP due date is 03/27/2026.

Invoices will be payable within thirty days of receipt by LACERA.

LACERA will evaluate proposals based upon the proven ability of the respondent to satisfy the requirements in an efficient, cost effective manner, considering quality of service.

All respondents must clearly show and document in the proposal the following minimum qualifications: demonstrated experience within the past five 5 years in specialized it classification and compensation studies for large, multiservice public or private sector organizations with large, complex information system programs.

Written questions from respondents are due on 02/20/2026.

The proposals are due on December 19, 2025, as stated in the RFP calendar.

Respondents will be evaluated based on experience, team quality, information provided by references, communications skills, pricing and value, teamwork, level of investment and commitment to the LACERA relationship, and the organization, completeness, and quality of the proposal.

The lead attorney must have at least ten years of experience providing fiduciary advice to public or private organizations in California.

Failure to comply with the requirements of this RFP may subject the proposal to disqualification.
