This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items, a request for quotations (RFQ), for soldering supplies. The procurement is a total small business set-aside on a firm-fixed-price basis. All interested companies must provide quotations for the specified items, including brand name or equal. Only new equipment is acceptable, with manufacturer's warranty. Vendors must be original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), OEM authorized dealers, authorized distributors, or authorized resellers. This is a request for proposals for a fitness equipment maintenance contract at Fort Meade, MD. The contract period is one base year with four option years. The government will furnish utilities and services, while the contractor will provide all labor, materials, and expertise for preventative and corrective maintenance. The contractor must comply with OSHA standards and OEM specifications. A quality control plan (QCP) must be submitted within 30 calendar days of contract award. The contractor must provide preventative maintenance reports within two business days of completion, and corrective maintenance reports within two business days of completion. The equipment inventory is detailed in Appendix A, and the preventative maintenance schedule is in Appendix B. The contractor must coordinate PM dates with the Fitness Center Director at least two weeks in advance. The government is exempt from sales taxes. Contractor personnel must meet security requirements and obtain access badges. The contractor is responsible for all employee traffic violations.

This is a sole-source acquisition for spares of F22 HOTAS (Hands-on Throttle and Stick) systems. Aerotronics is the only manufacturer of the specific HOTAS required for continuity. The cockpit is designed to only use these specific parts, and the F22 computer support rack (CSR) software is configured to identify this specific part. Market research was conducted to evaluate alternative vendors (Bugeye Technologies and Ultra Electronics), but none met the exact form, fit, and function requirements of the F22 aircraft cockpit. The contracting officer determined that only a single source is reasonably available, in accordance with FAR ****(b)(3). The items are for the 445th Test Squadron in support of F22 simulation, digital test, and training range. Delivery locations are Nellis AFB and Edwards AFB.

Offerors must complete blocks 12, 17, 23, 24, and 30. Offer due date is 10 Jul 2025, 05:00 PM local time. Acquisition is unrestricted and set aside for various small business categories. Delivery is FOB destination. The contract is for the relocation of an MTS test frame, including disconnection, reinstallation, and calibration of associated equipment. Three site visits are required. The government will provide access to the base and building, MTS system technical manuals, and calibration specifications. Travel is anticipated for four personnel for three days. All work is unclassified. Inspection and acceptance will be at the destination. Deliveries are accepted Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM local time. Late delivery notices are required.
