Sealed bids will be received by the Brownsville Public Utilities Board (BPUB) for annual tool supply until 5:00 PM on April 23, 2025. Bids will be publicly opened on April 24, 2025, at 11:00 AM. The BPUB has the right to reject, rebid, accept, and/or extend the bid by up to two weeks if only one or no bid is received. The BPUB also has the right to reject any or all bids, hold bids for 60 days, waive formalities, extend the bid beyond 60 days, terminate for cause or convenience, and increase or decrease quantities. Changes or corrections will be issued by addendum. Vendors must stipulate whether an increase or decrease in quantities will affect bid price.

Mississippi State University is seeking to purchase specific water sampling equipment (signature base station, sensors, etc. ) from Teledyne Isco, represented by C. C. Lynch, as a sole source. The equipment is needed for agricultural water quantity and quality research in multiple locations. The university has determined that C. C. Lynch is the only authorized dealer in Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana, and parts of Florida and Texas. Objections to the sole source purchase must be submitted in writing to Jennifer Mayfield, CPPO, Director of Procurement Contracts, with a detailed explanation and supporting documentation. If another source is identified, the procurement will be opened to competitive bidding. If the sole source determination is upheld, the matter may be appealed to the public procurement review board.

Sealed bid for the purchase, delivery, and installation of athletic fitness equipment for McNeese State University. Bidders must sign and return a bid form titled Standard Terms and Conditions to Bidders with their bid response. Some items require customized artwork, which must be approved by the Office of Marketing and Licensing. A certificate of insurance will be required from the successful bidder. Specifications for each item are attached. All bids include prepaid delivery, F. O. B. to McNeese State University. The bid is due on March 17, 2023, at 3:00 PM.
