This is a public tender notice from Coconino County for the Health and Human Services Building Chiller Replacement Project. Bids are due by May 6th, 2026, at 2:00 PM MST. Awards shall be made with reasonable promptness by giving written notice to the bidder whose bid best conforms to the invitation and will be most advantageous to Coconino County with respect to price, conformity to the specifications, and other factors. Other factors to be considered may include, but are not limited to, quality, uniformity of product and bidders past performance on other contracts. Award may be made to other than the low-cost bid.
Suppliers are required to scan in and attach via response attachments a copy of the 10% bid bond as part of their bid response. Additionally, bidders must provide information regarding any convictions for offenses such as embezzlement, theft, fraudulent schemes, antitrust statutes, contract violations, suspensions or debarments, contracts not completed on time, penalties for time delays or quality issues, and violations of labor laws or safety regulations. They must also certify compliance with federal immigration laws and the e-Verify program.
The bid notice asks bidders to list any penalties imposed for time delays and/or quality of material and workmanship.
