The contractor will provide a dining facility with LED backlighting, vinyl wrapping walls, counters, windows with floating images. The project must be completed within **** days after contract award. The first 60 days are for design, drafting, editing, and final approval of the design. Once the design is approved, **** days will be allotted for installation. The contractor must provide consultation services to gain an understanding of specific visual references to incorporate into the mural work. The contractor will provide personnel who are certified to perform required tasks. The contractor will be permitted to work inside the dining facility during specific hours, excluding meal hours and holidays. The contractor is responsible for daily cleanup and disposal of all generated debris. The contractor is responsible to obtain necessary security pass for base access. The government will not provide escorts to and from the gate. Presentation of all graphic design will be presented to the food service officer by the contractor within seven (10) business days upon award of the contract. The FSO will make the final decision for the design prior to installation.
