The notice is for maintenance, repair, inspection, testing, and technical support for an uninterruptible power supply at the Cincinnati VA Medical Center. The contract is a firm fixed price with a base year and option periods. The contractor must have experience, provide a contract manager, and comply with security requirements. The contractor shall have in his possession throughout the term of the contract all diagnostic equipment necessary to fully maintain, test, repair, adjust or reprogram the systems. The contractor shall provide all materials, lubricants, fluids, fasteners, cleaning supplies, paints low voc only, and all other supplies necessary to perform all services required in this contract. In addition, the contractor shall ensure that lubricants utilized are only those products recommended by the manufacturer of the equipment or equal. The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, specialty items and other items necessary to perform all tasks required under this contract. The contractor shall provide semi annual maintenance on 1 schneider galaxy vm uninterruptible power supply, power distribution unit and associated battery cabinets in accordance with manufacturers recommendations. The contractor to provide 24 hour technical support for all equipment covered under this contract. Payment will be made in arrears of the specified billing period after receipt of a properly prepared invoice, provided all required work, including preventive maintenance, submission of reports and all other requirements for the period in questions have been performed in accordance with contract stipulations, and can be verified with service reports signed by va engineering cotr or designee.
The bid notice states service and maintenance reports shall be submitted to the v. a. within 10 business days of completing any service.
The bid notice states Payment for all work covered under this contract shall be made on a lump sum basis for a one year period billed monthly.
