Sealed bids are invited for a Full Body Scanner System Upgrade. Bids must be submitted online or in person by June 30, 2026, 10:00 AM CST. The upgrade includes hardware and software, with specific technical requirements detailed. A 2-year full manufacturer's warranty is required, covering parts, labor, and travel. Bids must include a valid dealer's license if applicable. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Delivery is expected within 21 days after PO issuance.

Each bid will be evaluated based upon the proposed product price, specification, product support, performance characteristics, and suitability.
Bids will be accepted only from established manufacturers or their authorized dealers. A valid dealer's license is required for vehicle procurement.
Failure to deliver within the time specified in the bid will constitute a default and may cause cancellation of the contract and/or forfeiture of the bid guaranty.

Questions or inquiries regarding proposal documents or specifications are due within seven 7 days from proposal opening.
Bids may be rejected if they show additions not called for, conditional or alternate bids not called for, or for incomplete bids. Failure to submit descriptive information may cause bid to be rejected.
