Health Department Roof Repairs Remove existing roofing panels gutters and damaged fascia boards and haul away. Dry in roof with synthetic underlayment on sloped roof. Install drip edgeextended eave trim, open valley flashing and ridge trim. Layout, fabricate, overlap and secure panels per manufacturer instructions. Special transition flashing was to accommodate the low slope on the elevation change. Install 26 gauge 36 pbr metal panels ivy green in color, panels to be mechanically attached as existing panels. Rise in panels will be 1 on 12 centers. Install dektite square base high temperature silicone flashings at all penetrations as needed. Oil canning is inherent to roll forming panels and shall not be a reason for rejection. Mechanically attach pan headfasteners with neoprene heads. Install new plumbing vents as needed.
