Union County is seeking proposals for a comprehensive government property tax management software solution. This is a justification for a brand name or sole source acquisition for OEM authorized training for the VMware vSphere 7 product suite. The training is required for system administrators and engineers to manage the agency's virtual server infrastructure, which is standardized on the VMware platform. The training must cover proprietary VMware components and features. The estimated total dollar value is not specified. The justification cites FAR Part ****(b)(1) and FAR ****(b) for limited source justification. This is a delivery order for the repair, evaluation, and/or modification of half bridge units. The contractor, General Atomics Co. , is responsible for providing all necessary labor, materials, parts, and test equipment. Repairs must be performed in accordance with specified drawings and repair manuals. The contractor must maintain a quality system compliant with ISO **** or SAE **** and a calibration system meeting ANSI/NCSL **** or ISO **** will be made via the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system. The total ceiling amount for this action is $5,666,****, with an obligated amount of $2,776,****.

The contractor shall prepare and maintain repair procedures and test inspection information procedures. An item is beyond economical repair (BER) if the cost of repair exceeds 75% of the production quantity price to replace the item. The contractor shall obtain written concurrence from DCMA for all BER units. Missing on induction (MOI) items require notification to DCMA and written verification. The contractor is responsible for supplying all parts and material unless identified as government furnished material (GFM). All parts and material must be new, in accordance with FAR **** requires PCO approval. The contractor shall maintain a quality system conforming to ISO **** or SAE **** and a calibration system meeting ANSI/NCSL ****, ISO ****, or equivalent. The contractor shall maintain a configuration management plan. Markings shall be as indicated in the contract. The contractor shall provide a proper enclosed warehouse environment for storage.

This is a statement of work for the repair and refurbishment of F/A-18 E/F and EA-18G framed windshield assemblies. The contractor shall provide the necessary facility, labor, materials, parts, and test and tooling equipment to return the specified windshield panels to a ready-for-issue condition. Repairs must be performed in accordance with specified drawings and repair manuals. Changes to manuals, drawings, or specifications require procuring contracting officer (PCO) approval. The contractor is responsible for supplying all necessary parts and materials, which must be new and in accordance with applicable drawings and specifications. A quality system conforming to ISO 9001/AS9100 is required. The contractor must maintain a configuration management plan and a calibration system. Storage of material items and repaired assets must be in a proper enclosed warehouse environment. First article inspection is required, with the contractor notifying the government 14 days prior to testing. The government will notify the contractor of approval, conditional approval, or disapproval within 45 days after inspection. Waiver of first article approval requirements may be considered for offerors who have previously furnished identical production articles.
