This is a sources sought notice, not a solicitation, for virology and molecular reagents and supplies. Interested firms must be registered in SAM. The notice requests information on company name, address, contact, performance capability, socioeconomic status, place of manufacture, and any other pertinent documentation. SDVOSB firms must also provide proof of registration in the SBA Vet Cert. The government will not pay for responses. Respondents will not be notified of results. The notice details functions to be performed, estimated cost (TBD), lab sites, and required information. Additional tests, reagents, and supplies may be added. The contractor is required to provide a continuously stocked inventory of reagents and supplies of the highest quality, with expiration dates clearly marked. Supplies will be shipped and replenished as requested by individual labs. All pricing includes FOB destination with 2-day shipping. Delays must be communicated within 1 business day. Defective supplies must be delivered within 24 hours of a verbal order. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are required. The notice includes extensive privacy and records management language, including requirements for security controls, data protection, media sanitization, and security incident investigations. The notice also includes liquidated damages for data breaches.

Notice to offerors/suppliers: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made until funds are available. The government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event of cancellation, the government has no obligation to reimburse offerors for any costs. Questions must be submitted to the point of contact and contracting officer no later than June 25, 2025. Questions submitted after this date may not be answered. Quotes must be submitted via email to the point of contact and contracting officer no later than the established deadline. Offerors are encouraged to submit proposals prior to the due date.
