The contract is for regular delivery/refill of medical grade gases at one VA medical facility, primary care clinics, and community-based outpatient clinics. Contractor must be a medical gas manufacturer/deliverer registered with the FDA and in good standing. Deliveries must conform to USP, NFPA 55, NFPA 99, and applicable OSHA regulations. Deliveries must be monitored by qualified VA personnel. A direct phone number and email address for placing orders must be provided. Delivery is to the VA facility during specified hours.
