This is a pre-solicitation notice for the purchase of two horizontal slurry pumps and two variable frequency drives. The notice is for informational and market research purposes only, and does not constitute a request for quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue one in the future. Interested parties are requested to provide their UEI number, socioeconomic standing (small business or other than small business), and salient characteristics of their equipment solution. The solicitation incorporates various FAR clauses by reference. Offers must be submitted to the specified office by the exact time specified in the solicitation. The government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions with offerors.

Sealed bids are requested for the Main pump house rehabilitation and associated asbestos abatement project. Bids must be submitted to DASNY at its Albany office by 2:00 PM local time on June 5, 2025. The successful low bidder will be required to execute a Project Labor Agreement (PLA). All subcontractors must agree to be bound by the PLA. Bidders must present government-issued photo identification and obtain a visitor's pass to attend pre-bid meetings or bid openings. Bid openings will be available for viewing live via Zoom.
