The solicitation (****) is for a 5-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for explosion-proof electric HEPA vacuums. This is a pre-solicitation notice for the purchase of two horizontal slurry pumps and two variable frequency drives. The notice is for informational and market research purposes only, and does not constitute a request for quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue one in the future. Interested parties are requested to provide their UEI number, socioeconomic standing (small business or other than small business), and salient characteristics of their equipment solution. The Bureau of Reclamation plans to post a solicitation on or about June 27, 2025. Responses will not be returned, and all submissions become government property. The government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice.

Offerors must complete blocks 12, 17, 23, 24, and 30. Offer due date is 12:00 PM on June 20, 2025. The acquisition is unrestricted. Delivery is FOB destination (****). The solicitation incorporates FAR clauses ****, ****, ****, and **** are not attached. The contractor must be registered in the SAM database. The government reserves the right to make an award on any item for a quantity less than the quantity offered, at the unit prices offered. Delivery schedule must be provided. Payment will be made by government purchase card (FAR clause ****) or Wide Area Workflow (DFAR clause ****). Inspection and acceptance terms are specified. Delivery date is July 31, 2025. The solicitation incorporates various FAR clauses by reference. Offers must be submitted to the specified office by the exact time specified in the solicitation. The government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions with offerors.

Sealed bids are requested for the Main pump house rehabilitation and associated asbestos abatement project. Bids must be submitted to DASNY at its Albany office by 2:00 PM local time on June 5, 2025. The successful low bidder will be required to execute a Project Labor Agreement (PLA). All subcontractors must agree to be bound by the PLA. Bidders must present government-issued photo identification and obtain a visitor's pass to attend pre-bid meetings or bid openings. Bid openings will be available for viewing live via Zoom. Contract documents can be viewed and purchased online from Camelot Print and Copy Centers. A pre-bid meeting will be held on April 17, 2025, at 1:00 PM at the College of Staten Island. There are restrictions on communications between DASNY personnel and prospective bidders during the procurement process. Bidders must comply with New York State business registration requirements. Professional engineering service providers must obtain a certificate of authorization from the State Education Department.
