The State of Hawaii Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism, Hawaii Tourism Authority (HTA), is seeking a conference service provider for its 2025 Hawaii Tourism Conference, scheduled for September ****, 2025, at the Hawaii Convention Center in Oahu.
