Comal County is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from professional land surveying firms to establish a pre-qualified pool for as-needed surveying services over a three-year term. Firms must hold active registration with the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors and employ a licensed registered professional land surveyor.
