This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) from the City of Covington, Georgia, for Downtown Christmas Lighting. The objective is to create a festive downtown atmosphere for the holiday season. Required documents include a bid quotation, proposal cover page, statements of qualifications and relevant experience, proposed scope of services and design, project pricing, proposed work schedule, and any addenda. Three color copies and one USB drive of the proposal are required. Proposals must be submitted to the City of Covington Purchasing Dept. or mailed by 10:00 AM on Tuesday, April 21, 2026. The city reserves the right to waive defects, accept or reject proposals, award contracts in various combinations, cancel the RFP, reissue it, negotiate, extend deadlines, request additional information, or terminate the contract if requirements are not met.
