Golf Instruction Government Bids & RFPs

The Office of State Procurement has suspended in-person attendance at public bid openings. Bidders must submit an electronic online response via a provided link. The opening date is 09/11/2025 at 10:00 AM CST. Vendors must be registered in the LAgov vendor system. A W9 is required if newly registered. All bid documents, including attachments, must be included in the submission. Payment is due within 30 days after receipt of a properly executed invoice or delivery, whichever is later. Bids must be submitted online or at the physical address specified in the solicitation. Faxed alterations to bids received before the opening time will be considered, provided the bid form and faxed alteration have been received and timestamped before the opening. All bids must conform to applicable federal and state laws and regulations. Bidders proposing an equivalent brand or model should submit descriptive information with the bid. Bid prices must be firm for a minimum of 30 days if accepted. The vendor is responsible for including all applicable taxes in the bid price. All products must be new, never previously used, and the current model and/or packaging. The manufacturer's standard warranty will apply unless otherwise specified. The contract may be extended for two additional 12-month periods at the same discount structure, terms, and conditions, with a total contract time not to exceed 36 months. The State of Louisiana has the right to terminate the contract for various reasons, including misrepresentation, fraud, or breach of contract. Failure to deliver within the specified time will constitute a default.

Proposals are sought for a professional golf instruction program at Brambleton Regional Park golf course. The successful candidate will have exclusive teaching rights and rights for agreed upon services such as club fitting, club repair, and custom club making. All costs associated with the instructional program, club repairs, and other related services will be the responsibility of the golf instruction contractor. The contractor will provide a monthly financial statement itemizing all revenue and expenditures. Proposals must be received by September 15, 2025, at 2:00 PM. The ranking and selection of the preferred candidate and the awarding of a contract will be in accordance with the provisions of the Virginia public procurement act.
