Snow Parks Government Bids & RFPs

This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) from Oakland County Purchasing for services or goods detailed in Attachment B and additional specification documents. Responses must be submitted online through the MITN system by the due date and time. Bidders acknowledge that all information submitted is subject to public disclosure under the Michigan Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). Modifications to the solicitation will be issued as addenda on the MITN website, and it is the bidder's responsibility to check for these. Responses can be withdrawn prior to the due date via the MITN website. The successful bidder may be required to submit a federal W9 form and proof of insurance upon award. Bidders are responsible for all costs incurred in preparing and submitting their response. Oakland County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses, waive irregularities, award to bidders other than the lowest priced, split awards, and request additional information. The county will not be contractually bound until an executed written contract or purchase order is issued. Failure to comply with federal, state, or local laws, including non-discrimination and e-Verify requirements, is a consideration in the evaluation process and can lead to contract cancellation. Bidders must certify they are not an Iran-linked business. All service contractors must register with and utilize the e-Verify program. Bidders certify they are not party to any collusive action or violation of the Sherman Antitrust Act. No gratuities or kickbacks are permitted. Bidders must refrain from anticompetitive behavior, including bid rigging, collusion, and price fixing. Oakland County is exempt from sales tax. Prices should be quoted in U. S. dollars, and unit prices govern in case of extension errors. Quoted prices are firm for 120 days after the solicitation due date unless otherwise noted. Shipping terms are FOB destination. Default payment terms are net 30, with discounts offered for earlier payment. Resellers are responsible for ensuring compliance with the county's terms and are liable for their performance and any claims arising from their acts or omissions. Specific contract requirements (professional services, blanket, or purchase order) are detailed in attached documents.

The project involves resurfacing and must be completed by July 1st, 2026. A notice to proceed will be issued within 7 days after contract execution. Wyoming resident contractors will receive a 5% bid preference. Sealed bids are accepted at 400 W Snow King Ave, Jackson, WY **** before March 11th, 2026, at 3:00 PM MDT. The bid opening will take place at the same address.
