Pressure Balancing Government Bids & RFPs

Contractor must be a National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) contractor whose primary business is to test, adjust and balance (TAB) airflows and pressures produced by HVAC systems.

The bidder shall have relevant experience of five 5 years. Bidders personnel must have at least five 5 years relevant experience. Bidder and personnel must have the appropriate plumbing license through Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners. All contractor or subcontractor personnel must be at least 18 years of age. Bidder must provide a minimum of three 3 verifiable references.

A mandatory onsite visit will be conducted on July 28, 2026, at 9:00 am. Attendance at one site visit is mandatory. Failure to attend in person will result in disqualification.

Bids will be evaluated based on lowest total bid cost, projected timetable for completion, completeness of the bid, and bidders demonstrated capabilities and professional qualifications. Bids may be rejected if the bidder has failed to comply with prequalification regulations, has outstanding bills for labor and materials on former contracts, is in default under previous contracts, or has performed unsatisfactory work on previous contracts.
