Training materials must be submitted at least three business days before the training event. The contractor is expected to arrive at least one hour prior to the presentation start time for in-person training. For virtual training, the instructor will coordinate with VA FSC IT for setup via Microsoft Teams or Cisco Webex. The contractor must provide a qualified instructor with current certifications and all course materials, including case studies and practice exercises. A knowledge check will be administered at the end of the course. The VA FSC will provide the training facility and audiovisual equipment. Performance standards include on-time delivery of materials, adherence to training schedule, knowledge assessment results, competency demonstration, participant satisfaction, virtual delivery effectiveness, credential submission timeliness, instruction quality, and certificate delivery.

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking to renew five annual licenses for symedical software, a medical terminology management application, for use in migrating data from the legacy VISTA system to the Oracle Health Millennium system. The justification for a sole-source acquisition is based on market research concluding that Clinical Architecture, LLC is the only vendor capable of providing the required software licenses and functionality. The contract will have a 36-month period of performance, consisting of a 12-month base year and two 12-month option periods.

The Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Doro Luna retractor. The contractor must provide all resources for installation, meeting minimum specifications, and adhering to all applicable codes and regulations. The work must be completed within 30 calendar days of the award, unless otherwise directed. The contractor must provide a detailed work plan and briefing, and ensure the retractor is functioning effectively. The estimated time for the project is up to 24 working hours (3 working days). The date and time of the visit will be coordinated between the customer and the vendor after the retractor has been delivered and imaged by the customer. All written deliverables must be in layperson language. Any changes to the statement of work must be authorized in writing. The preliminary and final deliverables, and all associated working papers, are the exclusive property of the US government. Quotes are being requested for the Doro Luna retractor system (black forest medical brand name only). An authorized distributor letter from the manufacturer is required with the quote. Quotes without the distributor letter will not be considered.
