Proposals are due electronically no later than 3:00 PM on August 24, 2026. Vehicles must be delivered to the Pasadena Unified School District District Service Center, 740 W. Woodbury Rd. , Altadena, CA ****.

Respondents must include documentation demonstrating equal or greater functionality, performance, durability, and warranty coverage for any proposed alternative vehicles.

The contract will be awarded to the most competitively priced and qualified proposal. Evaluation criteria include price competitiveness, compliance with specifications, ability to meet vehicle and upfit requirements, and delivery timeline.

Proposals are requested from qualified dealers and/or vendors. Submissions may be disqualified for omission of required proposal requirements or falsification of information.

If the dealer fails to supply or deliver goods, articles, or services at the prices named and at the times and places stated, the district may cancel the contract and hold the dealer liable for all damages sustained.
