Must attend walkthrough, provide references from three organizations, demonstrate relevant experience, proper licensing and insurance. any company wishing to respond to this rfp must send a representative or have attended the previous walk through

Walkthrough on October 9, 2026 is mandatory. any company wishing to respond to this rfp must send a representative or have attended the previous walk through from august 2026 to be eligible to submit a bid

Questions due October 13, 2026 via Bidnet Direct. all inquiries to this rfp must be submitted via bidnet direct by october 13, 2026 @3:00pm eastern time

Failure to attend walkthrough, submit required documents, or meet insurance requirements may cause disqualification. anyone submitting a bid that was not attend one of the three 3 walkthroughs will be automatically disqualified

Work must be completed according to the proposed schedule. Actual on-site work shall commence July 18, 2016. actual on site work shall commence july 18, 2016

Bidders must examine documents, visit sites, and provide bid guarantee of 5%. each bidder shall carefully examine all documents pertaining to the work and visit the sites

In case of default, owner may procure services from other sources and hold contractor responsible for excess cost. the owner may procure the articles or services from other sources and hold the contractor responsible for any excess cost

Pre-bid onsite visit is recommended. it is recommended that the bidding contractors set up a pre bid onsite visit to better understand the projects existing conditions

The City and County of Broomfield, State of Colorado, can make final settlement to Progressive Commercial Aquatics, LLC dba Landmark Aquatics after September 23, 2026.

Payments will be made upon completion of all work and acceptance by the county on invoices submitted and approved by the project manager within 30 thirty days of receipt of invoice.

The new pool surface shall have a 3year warranty covering any plaster delamination. warranty shall cover both material and labor.

If awarded, an award will be made to that responsive and responsible bidder or bidders with the most advantageous bid or bids to the county, price and other factors considered.

The bidder must include a minimum of four 4 references for contracts of similar nature.

Should the contractor fail to complete the project within the specified time, the contractor shall pay to the county the sum of 0 per day as liquidated damages, and not as a penalty, for each calendar day that the project continues beyond the specified completion date.
