The contract is for comprehensive HVAC preventive maintenance, repair, and equipment replacement services for numerous town facilities. Preventive maintenance is generally performed twice annually (spring/fall), except for North Forest Pool (spring only). Repair services and equipment replacement projects are authorized up to $35,000 per project. Bidders must demonstrate a minimum of five years of experience. Proposals must be submitted by September 24, 2026, at 12:00 pm. Warranty for repair/replacement work is a minimum of 90 days.
