The proposal submission deadline is 4 PM local time on June 30, 2026.

Payments will be made in Ghanaian Cedis. Invoices may be submitted monthly with payments being made monthly by the government. Payments will be made at the conclusion of the covered period.

The contractor warrants and implies that the items delivered hereunder are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in this contract.

Late submissions are cautioned against. Offers are subject to all terms and conditions.

All quotes must be submitted by 2:00 PM EST on June 11, 2026.

Invoices must be submitted upon completion of service or delivery of goods. Payments may be made by check or electronic funds transfer (EFT). Invoices must include specific details such as contractor name, address, phone number, invoice date, invoice number, contract number, line item numbers, description, quantity, unit price, extended price, total invoice amount, payment terms, and remittance address.

The FDIC will accept the contractor's commercial warranty but does not accept a disclaimer of the implied warranty that items delivered are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose. Commercial supplier agreements are subject to specific terms and conditions that take precedence over conflicting terms in contractor agreements.

The solicitation method is Best value price only.

Offerors must have an active SAM. gov registration prior to contract award. Proof of partnership with Dell EMC is also required.

If services performed or goods delivered are not in conformity with contract requirements, the FDIC has the right to require the contractor to reperform services or redeliver goods at no additional cost, or reduce the contract price. Failure to comply may result in termination for default.

All goods and services shall be subject to inspection and test by the FDIC oversight manager at all times and places during the term of the award. The FDIC shall have 15 business days from the date of contractor's delivery to determine compliance.

Quotes that do not include all required components (price schedule, Section K, SCRM information, proof of SAM. gov registration, proof of Dell EMC partnership, EULAs/MSAs/warranty terms) will not be considered for award. Failure to maintain current information in the SAM database can lead to invoice payment delays or rejection.
