The US Coast Guard requires the procurement and installation of administrative furniture systems in Guam. The response due date is August 4, 2025, at **** CHST. A site visit is required on August 1, 2025, at **** CHST. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is most advantageous to the government, lowest price technically acceptable. Sector Guam, 1 Victor Pier, Santa Rita, Guam ****, building 2 admin offices. The contractor is responsible for all travel costs associated with the performance of this contract. The contractor shall perform work during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, **** to ****, excluding federal holidays, unless otherwise authorized by the contracting officer's representative (COR). The government acceptance period for each task will be five (5) business days after the contractor notifies the government that the task is complete. The government will inspect the completed work and notify the contractor of any discrepancies or deficiencies. The contractor shall furnish all necessary tools, equipment, materials, and transportation required to complete the tasks outlined in this statement of work. All contractor personnel shall wear visible identification badges while on USCG property. The contractor is responsible for ensuring that all personnel undergo any required background checks and security clearances as determined by the USCG. The contractor shall submit a detailed list of all proposed furniture, materials, and equipment to the USCG contracting officer representative (COR) for review and approval prior to procurement. This list shall include manufacturer names, model numbers, specifications, and any relevant certifications or test reports. The USCG COR will review the list to ensure that the proposed items meet the requirements of this statement of work and are compatible with the existing facilities. The contractor shall not procure any furniture, materials, or equipment until written approval has been received from the USCG COR. The contractor shall be responsible for the proper and complete removal of all construction trash, debris, and excess materials generated during the performance of tasks 2. 2 and 2. 4. This includes, but is not limited to, scrap metal, wood, concrete, packaging materials, and any other waste materials. The contractor shall remove the trash and debris from the work areas daily to maintain a safe and orderly work environment. The contractor shall dispose of all trash and debris in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including environmental regulations. The contractor shall provide documentation of proper disposal, if requested by the USCG COR. The contractor shall provide qualified personnel to perform all work required under this statement of work. All personnel shall be proficient in furniture assembly and installation techniques. Deliverables include a detailed project plan, delivery schedule, and installation completion report.
