This is a sources sought announcement (SSA) for planning and market research purposes only, not a request for quote or proposal. The Defense Logistics Agency Aberdeen, on behalf of the Army Integrated Logistics Supply Center (ILSC), intends to acquire services to support the AN ZPY 1A, Starlite ER system. The notice seeks information from potential sources to determine if responsible sources exist and to assist in determining if this effort can be competitive and/or set aside for small business. Responses must be submitted by August 19, 2025, via email to the technical and competition advocate points of contact.

This tender requires 50 complete recent and relevant projects at a hospital medical center, federal or other than federal project, of the same size, scope, and complexity or greater. Offerors must prepare and forward a Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) to prior clients for submission to the contracting office. Offerors with limited or no past performance may receive a rating based on the evaluation of their subcontractors and/or key personnel, provided an Exhibit C Subcontractor Information and Consent Form has been executed and included in the proposal. Past performance will be evaluated based on the projects provided by the offeror, and performance information from government databases. The purpose of the price evaluation is to provide an assessment of the completeness and reasonableness of the proposed price in relation to the solicitation requirements. Actual and potential offerors are encouraged to provide feedback on the preaward and debriefing processes. The government contemplates award of a firm-fixed-price contract. Offerors shall notify the government if they intend to perform work at any secondary site of the work. A site visit has been scheduled. This solicitation incorporates one or more solicitation provisions by reference. The use in this solicitation of any federal acquisition regulation provision with an authorized deviation is indicated. Offerors shall provide a statement with their offer which describes any past, present, or currently planned interest financial, contractual, organizational, or otherwise or actual or potential organizational conflicts of interest relating to the services to be provided. Bidders/offerors and contracting officers are encouraged to use alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedures to resolve protests. The offeror shall review the list of excluded parties in the System for Award Management (SAM) for entities excluded from receiving federal awards. The contractor shall be required to commence work within 10 calendar days after the date the contractor receives the notice to proceed, prosecute the work diligently, and complete the entire work ready for use not later than 270 calendar days after the date the contractor receives the notice to proceed. This tender includes various clauses and provisions related to representations, certifications, and limitations on subcontracting.

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with Azenta Life Sciences, Inc. for maintenance of cryoarc automated freezers. Interested parties are invited to submit responses by 1:00 AM EST on June 13, 2025. The government's decision not to compete the acquisition is at their discretion. Information received will be considered to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

This is a solicitation for endodontist non-personal healthcare services. Prospective offerors must be registered in SAM and complete representations and certifications. Proposals are due at 12:00 PM MT on May 30, 2025. A past performance survey is required. The solicitation includes information on estimated requirements, scope of work, and attachments. All payments will be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT).

The City of Guadalupe, California, is seeking bids for a water tank recoating project. The deadline for submitting questions is May 8, 2025, and the bid opening date is May 19, 2025 at 2 PM. The project involves removing existing coatings and recoating the interior of a 1. 6 mg welded steel tank. Contract documents, including plans, special provisions, and technical specifications, are available online at cityofguadalupe. org and at city hall. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on May 6, 2025 at 1 PM at 303 Obispo Street. Bidders must comply with license requirements (Class C33 license), certification requirements (SSPC QP1 or 10+ years experience and 20+ similar projects), and other conditions outlined in the contract documents. Subcontractors may not do more than 50% of the work. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bond. The successful contractor will be required to obtain a business license from the city and pay related fees. The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Work must be completed within 50 working days from the notice to proceed, which will be issued 4 weeks after the award of the contract. The standard specifications for this project are contained in the 2018 edition of the Caltrans standard specifications. Prevailing wage rates in Santa Barbara County apply. A 5% retention of the invoiced amount will be held until 30 calendar days after the notice of completion is recorded. The contractor may elect to receive 100% of payments without retention by depositing securities of equivalent value with the city.
