This is a solicitation for a real property specialist to provide personal services at the Albuquerque area Indian Health Service office in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The notice requests past performance information from potential contractors. The solicitation is a total small business set aside.

This is a sources sought announcement (SSA) for planning and market research purposes only, not a request for quote or proposal. The Defense Logistics Agency Aberdeen, on behalf of the Army Integrated Logistics Supply Center (ILSC), intends to acquire services to support the AN ZPY 1A, Starlite ER system. The notice seeks information from potential sources to determine if responsible sources exist and to assist in determining if this effort can be competitive and/or set aside for small business. Responses must be submitted by August 19, 2025, via email to the technical and competition advocate points of contact.

This tender requires 50 complete recent and relevant projects at a hospital medical center, federal or other than federal project, of the same size, scope, and complexity or greater. Offerors must prepare and forward a Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) to prior clients for submission to the contracting office. Offerors with limited or no past performance may receive a rating based on the evaluation of their subcontractors and/or key personnel, provided an Exhibit C Subcontractor Information and Consent Form has been executed and included in the proposal. Past performance will be evaluated based on the projects provided by the offeror, and performance information from government databases. The purpose of the price evaluation is to provide an assessment of the completeness and reasonableness of the proposed price in relation to the solicitation requirements. Actual and potential offerors are encouraged to provide feedback on the preaward and debriefing processes. The government contemplates award of a firm-fixed-price contract. Offerors shall notify the government if they intend to perform work at any secondary site of the work. A site visit has been scheduled. This solicitation incorporates one or more solicitation provisions by reference. The use in this solicitation of any federal acquisition regulation provision with an authorized deviation is indicated. Offerors shall provide a statement with their offer which describes any past, present, or currently planned interest financial, contractual, organizational, or otherwise or actual or potential organizational conflicts of interest relating to the services to be provided. Bidders/offerors and contracting officers are encouraged to use alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedures to resolve protests. The offeror shall review the list of excluded parties in the System for Award Management (SAM) for entities excluded from receiving federal awards. The contractor shall be required to commence work within 10 calendar days after the date the contractor receives the notice to proceed, prosecute the work diligently, and complete the entire work ready for use not later than 270 calendar days after the date the contractor receives the notice to proceed. This tender includes various clauses and provisions related to representations, certifications, and limitations on subcontracting.

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with Azenta Life Sciences, Inc. for maintenance of cryoarc automated freezers. Interested parties are invited to submit responses by 1:00 AM EST on June 13, 2025. The government's decision not to compete the acquisition is at their discretion. Information received will be considered to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
