Slings Biddings - Procurement Opportunities

This amendment extends the response date for a solicitation (****) for **** blocks, tackle, rigging, and slings, and a Liebherr crane block. The response must be received via email by the date and time indicated on the solicitation. The government intends to pay using a government credit card, so include any associated fees.

Offerors must complete blocks 12, 17, 23, 24, and 30. The solicitation is for ordnance equipment calibration services in support of NMCPAC CWD unit Indian Island. The deadline for submission of questions is 2 days prior to the solicitation closing date. The government intends to award to the responsible offeror whose offer provides the best value to the government (price, delivery lead times and past performance considered). The government reserves the right to make a single award. All quoters must note any exceptions from the solicitation's terms, conditions, specifications, and/or the statement of work. The period of performance is for five years. Calibration services are required for two Roberts testing horizontal proof test machines. The machines are used to do periodic weight testing of ordnance handling equipment. The work includes all labor, materials, transportation, shipping and disposal of waste. Customers serviced include NAVFAC EXWC, MSC various ships, NUWC DIV NPT, NAS Whidbey Island Weapons Depot. Calibration shall meet ASTME 408 standards. Offerors must comply with security requirements, including access to federally controlled facilities, sensitive information, and information technology systems. Contractor employees must obtain a DOD CAC. All contractor resource onboarding documents must be submitted via the prime contractor. Invoicing begins as of the commencement of the performance period of services. Foreign nationals are not allowed access to the functional system side of enterprise resource planning (ERP). The contractor shall designate an employee to serve as the contractor's security representative. Inspection and acceptance locations are specified. Delivery schedule and address are provided.

This solicitation is for the procurement of 28 sling beam type items (**** blocks, tackle, rigging, and slings). The procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. The technical data (TDP) is export controlled. Bidders must be certified under the United States-Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) to access the technical data.

This RFI solicits information from potential sources for astronaut crew rescue services. Responses are due May 23, 2025, at 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Responses should reference **** statements of no more than 50 pages are requested, including company information, socioeconomic status, relevant capabilities, contracts for similar services in the last five years, assets, contract type, cost information, and whether the service is considered commercial. NASA may hold one-on-one meetings with respondents within 30 days of the closing date.

The 2nd Space Launch Squadron requires support for lifting equipment tasks, including annual proof loads, NDI, and other services for 12 months. The contractor must provide experienced labor, equipment, materials, and transportation. Specific equipment types and tasks are detailed in the attached Statement of Work. Compliance with environmental regulations, including those of the 30th Civil Engineer Squadron, Environmental Flight, is mandatory. The contractor must provide a competent, English-speaking foreman. Registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) is required. Questions must be submitted via email by May 6, 2025, at 1:00 PM PST. Quotes are due no later than May 16, 2025, at 10:00 AM PST.
