Delivery is required within 90 calendar days from the date of notice to proceed. Invoices must be submitted in accordance with the statement of work. The contract incorporates FAR clauses by reference. A pre-work conference (site visit) is required prior to work startup. The contractor must submit an accident prevention plan, activity hazard analysis, environmental protection plan, product data sheets, training certifications, and a traffic control plan (if applicable) at least 10 days prior to the start of work. Upon completion of the work, the contractor must submit a report of recycled or disposed materials, operating and maintenance manuals, warranty of work, and a release of claims. Work must be completed within 90 days of the notice to proceed. Payment will be made on the 10th of each month.
