The Bureau of Reclamation requires the replacement of penstock flowmeters at the Upper and Lower Molina Power Plants. The modernization involves upgrading the electronic receiver and signal panels while retaining the existing flow sensors. The manufacturer must provide a complete flowmeter system upgrade for measurement in two separate penstocks. The flowmeters must measure flow in each penstock and display and output flowrate using the acoustic transittime method. The new flowmeter consoles must be the Accusonic model ****, or equal. The manufacturer must provide a one-year factory warranty. The contractor must provide a Modbus map of the data registers, a list of standard recurring maintenance requirements, and estimated delivery after award. All data, documents, manuals, instructions, test plans, drawings, designs, sketches, software on CD, software licenses, and pertinent information for all flowmeter processing units must be provided as part of the final data package. Within three days of acceptance of installation, the contractor must provide at least two hard copies of the flowmeter owner's manual and any other maintenance documentation. A soft copy of all documentation provided shall be provided, in PDF format, on a CD.

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Goddard Space Flight Center plans to award a sole-source contract modification to L3Harris Technologies, Inc. for the delivery of an advanced baseline imager (ABI 5) and associated services. The ABI 5 instrument is a government-retained spare, fully assembled, and ready for delivery. The delivery must be completed by April 2030. The contract requires various activities, including storage testing, engineering work, pre-ship review, delivery of qualified hardware, documentation, spacecraft integration, system testing, pre-launch testing, launch site operations, launch operations, early on-orbit validation, and post-launch calibration.
