All goods shall consist of the original manufacturer warranty in addition to any other warranties specified in this solicitation. Respondent shall execute all documents necessary to transfer applicable express warranties to Kent County. The respondent shall not disclaim any warranty recognized by Michigan law including the warranty of merchantability or the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

Kent County will evaluate responsive submissions for both all-inclusive project cost and by individual line item. Kent County reserves the right to award to multiple respondents, one respondent for the entire project, or reject any or all submissions. Kent County, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to weigh any and all factors in the decision and award to the respondents deemed most advantageous to Kent County.

Respondent may incur liquidated damages if delivery is more than 15 business days from the confirmed delivery date.
