Ski Repairs Government Bids & RFPs

The bid notice states that quotations are due by April 16, 2026, and no quotations will be accepted after this time. The contractor shall commence work under this contract within 5 calendar days after the date the contractor receives the notice to proceed and complete the entire work ready for use not later than 26 days.

The bid notice indicates that payment requests may be made no more frequently than monthly, covering the value of labor and materials completed and in place. The 14-day period for payment is changed to 30 days.

S. interests.

If the contractor fails to complete the work within the time specified in the contract, or any extension, the contractor shall pay liquidated damages to the government in the amount of 50,000 FCFA for each calendar day of delay until the work is completed or accepted.

A site visit has been scheduled for April 9, 2026, at 9 am, and participants will meet at the Chief of Mission Residence (CMR).

The bid notice does not explicitly state a deadline for challenging the bid. However, it mentions that any notice or request relating to this contract given by either party to the other shall be in writing and mailed or delivered by hand.

The contractor shall submit a completed inspection form for preventative maintenance or a legibly written or typed report of repair of FRTs boats, motors or trailers to the cortpoc within three 3 business days after the maintenance or repair service is accomplished.

If existing symptoms identified prior to the repair work persist or recur within five business days of delivery boat return, the contractor shall initiate remedy or correct the discrepancy within the next business day of notification.

The contractor shall provide trained/certified technicians to perform repairs and preventative maintenance on the, Honda **** PS outboard engines with Westerbeke 7KW generator, Yamaha F225XCA outboard engine, Yamaha LFLLSXA PFLLSXA S outboard engines, Yamaha LFLS0XB pfls0xb s outboard engines, Yamaha F90TXR PS outboard engines, Yamaha LFLS0XA pfls0xa s outboard engines, Yamaha F115XB PS as well as electronic and electrical equipment.

Failure to do so shall adversely affect the overall performance standards of the contractor. If the contractor does not provide the required support within the timeframes established, the cortpoc shall document the contractors inability to meet the minimum acceptable quality level for timeliness in the past performance record for this contract and provide documentation to the contracting officer for possible action.

The bid notice states each assigned task order is to be completed within five 5business days or as designatedarranged by the authority representative.

The authority will make payment on a net30 basis.

The award will be made based on the selection criteria. Each request for proposal will be considered individually. The quality of services to be supplied, their conformity with the specifications, their suitability to the requirements or acha, past work experience, and the delivery terms will be taken into consideration. Price shall be considered, but need not be the sole determining factor.

In case of failure on the part of the contractor to deliver goods or services in accordance with the contract, the authority, after due oral or written notice to the contractor, may procure therequired goods or services from other sources and hold the contractor responsible for any resulting additional purchase and administrative costs.
