Snow Business Government Bids & RFPs

The contractor shall coordinate a delivery time with the government point of contact at least two weeks prior to anticipated delivery. Products shall be delivered within the hours of Monday-Friday, 8 am - 4 pm Chamorro Standard Time.

The contractor shall provide a copy of a current Radio Frequency Interference (RFI) mitigation certification that has been issued under the Ultralightweight Camouflage Net System (ULCAS) Increment 1 program.

The period of performance for the purchase order shall be one year, with four, one-year option periods. The base period is from 05/01/2026 through 04/30/2027. Option years extend through 04/30/2031. The vendor shall be on call and available at a quoted firm fixed per diem daily rate from May 1st through October 31st of the base period, and each option year if exercised. All references should be either ongoing or completed within the last three 3 years.
