Exterior Maintenance Government Bids & RFPs

This is a one-time purchase for the Tennessee Department of Correction (TDOC), Northwest Correctional Complex (NWCX), to provide all material, labor, and equipment necessary to install new doors, frames, and hardware for twelve (12) single exterior door openings and three (3) double exterior door openings. Installation must be performed in accordance with recommended procedures of the manufacturer and shall reflect a high standard of professional quality, adhering to all applicable codes, manufacturer specifications, and established professional practices. Bidders must be registered with the Department of Revenue for sales and use tax, or provide documentation of exemption. Respondents must affirm compliance with the Iran Divestment Act. Bidders must answer questions regarding debarment, suspension, convictions, indictments, and contract terminations. Bids over $25,000 requiring a contractor's license must provide the contractor's and any subcontractors' Tennessee State Contractor License number, applicable license classifications, and license expiration date. Bids must strictly comply with Tenn. Code Ann. 62-6-119. The bid offer expiration date is requested in days from the bid opening date. The contract administrators name, address, and phone number, as well as the respondent's toll-free phone number, pager/cell number, and email address, are requested.
