Contractors and subcontractors are required to register with NYSDOL under Labor Law 220-i. Bidders shall furnish all information reasonably requested by the town to determine bidder responsibility, including experience, references, personnel, equipment, financial capacity, available paving and reclamation equipment, regulatory compliance history, and proof of NYSDOL contractor registration.
The town may reject as nonresponsive any bid that is incomplete, conditional, materially unbalanced, not submitted on the required forms, or lacking the noncollusive bidding certification, proof of NYSDOL contractor registration, or required insurance documentation.
