No proposal shall be accepted from, or contract awarded to, any person, firm or corporation that is in arrears or is in default to the Village or State, upon any debt or contract, or that is a defaulter, surety or otherwise, upon any obligation to the Village, or has failed to faithfully perform any previous agreement with the Village.
Sealed bids for the 2026 Pavement Core and Soil Borings Contract No. 12 will be received until 2:00 p. m. on May 19, 2026, at the City Clerk's office. Bids will be publicly opened and read at that time and place. A contract may be awarded at a later City Council meeting. Bid documents are available for download at bidnet direct by sovramitn purchasing group, requiring registration.
