The contractor must guarantee workmanship and materials at the contractors expense for a period of twelve 12 months from date of installation.

Bids not submitted in a sealed opaque envelope marked correctly, or received after the deadline, will be returned unopened and not considered. any deviation from the requirements set forth for the labeling of the bid envelopes shall result in said bid being returned to the bidder unopened and any such bid shall not be considered.
