replacement of fixtures and lights to led in the shop building, contractor shall remove and replace 6 wall pack fixtures and 3 high bay fixtures in maintenance bay with energy efficient high output led fixtures. remove ballasts in all linear fluorescent light fixtures and replace lamps with leds. there are 12 four lamp fluorescent light fixtures and 15 two lamp fixtures. replace bulbs in 2 explosion proof jelly jar fixtures with leds. in the cold bay storage building, contractor shall remove ballasts from 4 two lamp fluorescent fixtures and replace lamps with leds. remove and replace 6 high bay fixtures with energy efficient high output led fixtures. contractor shall properly dispose of all removed ballasts and lamps.
