The district reserves the right to reject any bid where investigation and evaluation of the vendors qualifications indicate that the vendor may not promptly and efficiently complete the services as per the specifications. To be considered for award, a contractor must have a fully developed plan to execute contract performance and satisfy the statement of work (SOW).

The SOW requires qualifications to prove competence in the area of work. A current and relevant CA license by the prime or the subcontractor will satisfy this requirement. If a relevant CA license e. g. CA B, C10, C15 or C33 is held provide the license number. In lieu of a relevant CA license an equivalent credential/certificate may suffice and must be provided to evaluate competency.

A site visit is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, 23 June at **** PDT. The site visit is not mandatory but strongly recommended.

The magnitude of this requirement is between $100,000 and $250,000.
