The City of Plano cannot guarantee that offers sent via US Mail will be picked up and delivered by the closing date and time, so it is recommended that critical deliveries be made electronically or in person.

Offerors that do not have their attendance documented by the City at a site visit will be deemed nonresponsive.

A mandatory site visit is required. To be eligible for award, offerors must attend one of the scheduled site visits and record their attendance on the sign-in sheet. The site visits are scheduled for April 20, 2026, at 10:00:00 AM CT and April 20, 2026, at 1:00:00 PM CT at Haggard Park, 901 E 15th St, Plano, TX ****.

The budget for this scope of work is approximately $60,000 to $75,000.
