Sources sought notice for bulk and bag salt for VAPHS 1. 1, 764 bags of salt on pallets to VAPHS warehouse at the university dr. campus, university dr. c, pittsburgh, pa 15240. Between the hours of 0700- 1600, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. 2. Ice melt delivered on pallets, each pallet weight not to exceed 2500lbs.
