The City of Union City is seeking proposals from attorneys to serve as public defender. Proposals must be received by November 25, 2025. The successful attorney must have significant experience in municipal court. Required documents include proof of business registration, statement of ownership disclosure, and certifications regarding ethics complaints and non-involvement in prohibited activities.
