The award will be based on a best value basis, considering cost (up to 80 points) and MWBE participation (up to 20 points). The lowest price will be scored at 80 points, and each descending price will be scored lower by ten points.
Bidders must be properly registered to do business in New York State and provide applicable certificates. They must also submit references for at least three clients with similar projects.
If a vendor fails to perform or breaches the purchase order terms and conditions, they may be listed as non-responsible and ineligible for future contract awards.
