The Houston County School District is soliciting bids for bandages supplies. Specifications, terms, and conditions are contained herein. The successful bidder will be responsible for supplying and delivering all products listed on the bid response form. Bids are due by May 27, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST. All bids must be submitted on a USB flash drive in Excel format, accompanied by a hardcopy. Faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted. The deadline for written questions is May 14, 2026. Samples are due by May 27, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST. The district reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive formalities, and award to the vendor deemed most responsive and responsible. Price alone may not be the determining factor. Prices quoted must remain valid for the duration of the contract, with a requested price guarantee of six months. Amendments and addendums will be posted on the HCSD website. The district is not liable for any costs incurred by bidders prior to contract issuance. Award will be made within sixty (60) days of the bid opening date. Delivery is FOB destination to the HCSD Distribution Center. Merchandise and services are subject to inspection. Payment will be made within thirty (30) days upon receipt, inspection, and acceptance. Bidders must provide a minimum of 3 references. All items bid must include a brand, model, and/or part number. No substitutes will be accepted without prior written consent. Material Safety Data Sheets shall be provided for all applicable items.
