The government will evaluate a technical acceptability and price to determine the successful quoter in the order listed. The government will only issue a single indefinite delivery indefinite quantity idiq contract from this request for quote rfq. Issuance will be on an all or none basis.
The offerors must be able to reliably deliver reagents/supplies within one week of receiving the order.
